Nigel Farage Fuels ‘I’m a Celebrity’ Rumors as He Touches Down in Australia
Nigel Farage has sparked speculation by arriving in Australia, potentially gearing up to join the cast of this year’s I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
The former UKIP and Brexit party leader was captured at Brisbane Airport on Sunday, not far from the jungle camp where the popular ITV series is filmed.
Reports suggest that a roster of familiar faces may join the ITV show, with recent arrivals in the country including This Morning presenter Josie Gibson and First Dates personality Fred Sirieix. Rumors also point to actress Jamie-Lynn Spears, sister to pop sensation Britney Spears, as part of this year’s lineup.
A divisive figure in British politics, Mr. Farage had previously declined multiple offers to venture into the Australian jungle since 2016. However, upon his arrival in Brisbane, he hinted to MailOnline that he might be involved in the reality show, saying, “I can’t confirm I’m doing it… I just think there’s a substantial audience that watches the show, (and) they are people worth engaging with.”
