Croatia ranks among the most attractive football teams at the World Cup, with a 75.17% match to the golden ratio.
That’s according to Findmycasino.com, whose latest study has calculated the most attractive teams at the World Cup. Each nation’s players have been analysed utilising the golden ratio, a mathematical symmetry which influences perceived attractiveness.The results were calculated to express each teams average match to the golden ratio.

Serbia is the most attractive nation at the World Cup, according to the golden ratio
Croatia rank in sixth place
With a 75.17% match (1.69% less than Serbia) is Croatia. Their most attractive player is Kristijan Jakic, scoring 87.28% according to the golden ratio, 1.45% higher than Tottenham star and international team-mate, Ivan Perisic.
Serbia rank in first place, with a 76.86% match to the golden ratio. This score is helped by their 26-year-old center back, Srdjan Babic who has a staggering 88.32% match to the golden ratio making him the 15th most attractive player at the World Cup this year. This makes Babic 8.31% more attractive than Cristiano Ronaldo, who has a 80.01% golden ratio match..
Closely following in second place is Brazil, with a 76.51% match to the golden ratio, narrowly missing out on top spot by only 0.35%. Accumulating a score of 88.86%, the highest ranking Brazilian is Manchester United’s star winger, Antony, who scores an impressive 88.86% – 0.54% more than Serbia’s Babic.
Rounding off the top three is South Koreawith a 76.19% match to the golden ratio. Their most attractive player is J1 league center-back, Kyung-won Kwon, with an 85.81% match – 1.85% higher than Son Heung-Min.
The Netherlands rank in tenth place
With a 73.09% match (3.77% less than Serbia) is The Netherlands. Their most attractive player is Mark Flekken, with an 88.23% match to the golden ratio, 4.83% higher than fellow goalkeeper, Aaron Ramsdale.

The least attractive teams are only separated by 3.52%
Ranking as the least attractive team at the World Cup according to the golden ratio, is Ghana with a 65.09% match. This is despite their most attractive player, Joseph Aidoo, having an 85.04% match to the golden ratio, just 0.77% less than South Korea’s Kyung-won Kwon (85.81%).
In second is Switzerland (65.77%) who narrowly avoided the top spot by 0.68%. Similarly to Ghana, the Swiss team has a high ranking player despite the low overall score, with Michel Aebischer having an 83.27% match to the golden ratio.
Rounding off the bottom three is Ecuador, who have a 67.43% match to the golden ratio. The South American country is home to 19-year-old winger,Anthony Valencia who has a staggering 85.82% match to the golden ratio – just 0.19% higher than his Ecuadorian team mate Ángel Mena.
